Digital Products
All products available on TS Audio Lab are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.
Once your payment is successfully completed, your purchased digital product will be made available for download.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This policy helps protect our original content from unauthorized copying or misuse.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following situations:
You were charged more than once for the same order.
You purchased the same product multiple times by mistake.
The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
